The project is anxiety, anxiety is your body’s natural response to stress. It’s a feeling of fear or apprehension about what’s to come. But if your feelings of anxiety are extreme, last for longer than six months, and are interfering with your life, you may have an anxiety disorder.
We are trying to solve anxiety and how to overcome it. We will be talking to some students like whoever wants to talk, we will listen and try to come up with things to help their anxiety.
A school can get a councillor or two, and [Veida] and Ange will be there if the kids don’t feel comfortable talking to an older person. We would need paper and maybe to make sure everyone is listening.
Maybe i could do some exercises with kids who are struggling with anxiety or even ask students what they do to help their anxiety.
